Return and Refund Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be eligible to initiate return under the following conditions:
1. If the ordered item is delivered damaged, defective or unsealed.
2. If the wrong item is delivered.
3. Incomplete order or missing products.
We will accept returned products only under the following conditions:
1. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
2. It must be in its original packaging.
3. You should have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

Delivery date will be based on the availability of the products you have ordered and your shipment destination. The shipment will take 1-7 business days to be delivered. 

Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed.

To return your product, please send us an email to info@agremy.com. We shall initiate the process and guide you through.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted (if applicable):
● Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
● Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Please wait for the recommended number of days for the refund to be processed.
If the time period has exceeded and you still haven’t received the refund, please check your bank account and confirm with your bank before reaching out to us. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at prolifeogclinic@gmail.com  and we shall initiate the process.

Products on Discount (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we will not be able to refund products on discount.
